LIMMUD FSU Recharge Presenters 2016

Originally from the Republic of Georgia, Estee Bardanashvili is a Senior Producer of International Social Impact at Sesame Workshop managing the production of various multiplatform adaptations of Sesame Street. Her global production experience includes capacity building, creative development, and production of Sesame Street series’ adaptations in Russia, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Denmark, Afghanistan, Kosovo, Israel/Jordan/Palestine, and Latin America.

Estee holds degrees in New Media and Economics and prior to moving to the US studied Art, Design, and Classical Piano in Batumi (Georgia) and Moscow (Russia). Estee lives in New York and loves to travel the globe, dance, and learn about different cultures and arts.

Growing up in a Georgian Jewish family, Estee was surrounded with love and dedication to Jewish traditions, customs, and culture. Her involvement with Jewish organizations began early on as a participant in Jewish learning and camps in Georgia, continued with the Israeli Culture Center in Moscow, and upon immigration to the USA evolved into leadership and volunteering with such organizations as JICNY, UJA, CGJ, and Hineni. Estee is thrilled to be part of LIMMUD FSU’s organizing committee.
