Alina Bitel Informal Educator, Community Organizer, and a Life-Long Learner

Alina has been designing and implementing experiential programs for young adults, families and teens her entire professional career. Alina was able to live her passion for Jewish communal work at the Foundation for Jewish Camp and the Marks JCH of Bensonhurst, and is currently serving as Assistant Executive Director at COJECO. In her spare time she consults several non-profit organizations and is the Chair of Limmud FSU New York. Alina earned her Masters of Social Work at Columbia University and her BA in Psychology/Russian and Slavic Studies at New York University. She also is a graduate of the JCC Association Merrin Fellowship, and holds a certificate of executive education from the UJA Federation of New York and Columbia University SIPA Muehlstein Institute for Jewish Professional Leadership.
