Leonid Gurevich Filmmaker
A double immigrant, Leonid Gurevich, spent his teenage years in Israel before coming to the United States at seventeen. He was born in Moscow, Russia.
Exclusively for LIMMUD FSU 2022 Gurevich presents a first look at his directorial debut: A documentary film “COLLECTIVE EFFORT” («КОЛЛЕКТИВНЫЕ УСИЛИЯ») he directed and produced as part of COJECO’s BluePrint Fellowship Program.
The documentary “COLLECTIVE EFFORT” offers a conversation on Jewish, Immigrant, and Artistic identities – both personal and collective.
The Film’s production offers several multidimensional interactive platforms where a LIVE audience gets involved in the process of creating instead of passively watching.

Meet Leonid Gurevich – Director and Executive Producer of the documentary film “COLLECTIVE EFFORT” («КОЛЛЕКТИВНЫЕ УСИЛИЯ») he created as part of COJECO’s BluePrint Fellowship Program. This is Leonid's third LIMMUD presentation and his first as a filmmaker.

The documentary highlights the importance of uniting and working as a team to achieve extraordinary results, while simultaneously giving viewers a rare insight into a particular mysterious industry...
