Ilya Khinskiy was born in Moscow, Russia. He competed in Greco-Roman Wrestling as a member of the Russian National Team. Ilya was a Greco-Roman Wrestling champion in Moscow, Germany, and Norway, as well as the winner of the Silver Medal in the Maccabean Games. Following his sports career, Ilya became a Jewish communal professional. He organized the project “Jew Tour – Young Jewish Trips,” through which more than 600 young Jewish participants visited nine countries on three continents. He currently lives with his wife and daughter in Philadelphia and runs his own consulting firm.
