Menachem Kaiser is a Detroit-based writer. His work has appeared in such publications as Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic, Los Angeles Review of Books, BOMB, The Common, Vogue, and elsewhere. He is currently a Helen Zell Fellow at the University of Michigan, where he received his MFA in Creative Writing, and has a BA from Columbia University. He is a Wexner Graduate Fellow and a former Fulbright Fellow to Lithuania. He is the author of the forthcoming memoir KAJZER, as well as a novel, Aggadatas.
