Diana Zeltser is a founder of FRuJeLI, Families of Russian Jewish Long Island, which unite Russian speaking families around Jewish Holidays and celebrating Shabbat, teaching children traditions and history in respect to their roots.
Diana is also a business owner of Happy Tunes Inc., company that specializes in children enrichment and entertainment.
Originally from Odessa, Ukraine,she graduated from the High School of Math and Sciences run by Odessa Polytechnic University, where she continued her study until 1995, when she immigrated to the US. Diana holds Bachelor of Arts degree from Hunter College, CUNY. Diana is a recipient of multiple awards, including "Good Beginner", "Maestro in Outreach" from Kindermusik International. Diana is an experienced children educator and entertainer. Diana also have extensive performing arts experience in live theater, and stand up comedy.
Diana is a Jewish communal professional skilled in community building, business and public relations, fundraising and program development. Diana currently works part-time as "BRIJE" Russian families program coordinator at Mid Island Y JCC.
