Anna Dayn leads Dayn Advisors, a private equity advisory firm that provides fund
selection and due diligence services for investors seeking to make
commitments in private equity and real assets funds. Her advice is sought after by global institutions and family offices who wish to access and understand private equity funds. Before founding Dayn Advisors, Anna established and led the private equity investment program at Cardano, a UK pension fund consultancy, which became the flagship client of Dayn Advisors. She deployed and
oversaw over $1 billion in private equity fund commitments on behalf of institutional clientele. Prior to Cardano, Anna was with Capital Dynamics, where she was responsible for due diligence of PE investment opportunities in Europe and North America. Anna started her career as a member of the Investment Banking Division of Rothschild in the Mergers and Acquisitions group. She received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School and a BA in Economics from the College of Arts and Sciences, both at the University of Pennsylvania. Anna has served on the limited partner advisory boards for several
private equity funds across North America and Europe, and is a frequent conference speaker and media commentator. She serves on the Board of Directors for WAVE, the Women's Association for Venture and Equity and is active in PE WIN, Private Equity Women Investor Network.
