LIMMUD FSU Recharge Presenters 2016

Yuliya has invested her life into Russian Jewish communal life, especially how it affects Jewish women. Russian-born she has devoted much of her time to Jewish learning, which was largely impossible under the Soviet regime. Currently, Yuliya works for JCC Association. When she is not managing multiple research and communications projects for the organization, she learns and teaches Torah to those who have a thirst for knowledge in her community. As a partner in chevruta project of Limmud NY and presenter at Limmud FSU, Yuliya uses her well-honed skills, acquired during years of educational training and bi-continental work experience to inform young minds of the great strides made previously by women and those battles yet to be won. Yuliya keeps learning at different Jewish institutions including Drisha, Pardes, and others to satisfy her never-ending hunger for Jewish knowledge. Yuliya is also a kosher cooking enthusiast.
