Jane Dechtiar is the Jewish Agency for Israel and Young Judaea Global Emissary for the Russian speaking community on the east coast. Jane was born in Moscow and did Aliya with her family in the early ’90s. She drafted to the IDF as a combat soldier and served for 3 years at the special units.
