Inna Penek

Inna Penek grew up in Odessa, Ukraine. Her family emigrated to the United States in 1996 and settled in New York City. She graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a degree in computer science, and toils in the field of Business Intelligence. When not at work, Inna likes to eat, cook, dance, travel, and classic Italian scooters. She also likes to photograph all of those fascinating things. Her involvement with the Jewish community started in 1993 in Odessa, when a friend nudged her to go to a summer camp ran by Bnei Akiva. This one summer brought many wonderful friendships and sent Inna on a discovery of the many Jewish organizations flourishing in Odessa, other parts of FSU, and later on in the United States.

I do Limmud because I enjoy the sort of diverse community learning affair that we manage to build and I love that being part of the organizing committee allows me give my voice into how Limmud weekend with shape out to be.
